The 2012 UK What's On 4 Junior awards were launched in November at the BabyExpo Brighton. And as it was the 6th year of these annual awards a very special person helped with the proceedings. Phil Gallagher from BBC's Mister Maker programme was delighted to announce the start of these awards alongside Jo Tantum, a leading baby expert, and Guy Lewis from Gymboree who had won in the awards twice before.
